Exercise of the month: Teaser!

Our exercise of the month for March is a classic Pilates challenge that will be integrated large_JosephPilatesTeaserinto many of our daily classes – mat & equipment based – with modifications along the way to help advance you from a more basic level of the exercise, or help you master the advanced version with more fluidity & ease — no teasin’.

Here’s a run through of a basic version to get you started for week 1:
