May’s exercise of the month: push-up!

Our exercise of the month, push up, is a great way to tone your arms and build imagefunctional upper body strength–necessary for toting around babes, bags, or both! Done correctly, it’s also a killer ab workout, so follow along with us this month and you’ll be summer-ready in no time.

We’ll be working on modifications to our exercise of the month in our daily classes, and you can find video clips here to help you build up to your best push-up yet:
