Exercise of the month: Scissors Variation 2

In the middle of a gift wrapping extravaganza? Get inspired by your shears and ribbon, and try this latest variation of scissors:

Set Up:
Supine/knees flexed
Neutral spine, thera-band wrapped around foot

Inhale: flex thoracic spine off the mat and extend one leg to 90 degrees
Exhale: lower extended leg towards the mat (press into thera-band activating hamstring)
Inhale: return extended leg to 90 degrees
