Exercise of the month: Scissors variation 3

Set Up:
Supine/knees flexed
Neutral spine

Inhale: flex thoracic spine off the mat, lift both legs to tabletop
Exhale: extend both legs towards the ceiling
inhale: scissor legs (pulsing legs to increase flexibility challenge)
