Exercise of the month: double leg stretch variation 2

Set Up:
Supine/knees flexed
Neutral spine

Move:
Inhale: Contract abdominals
Exhale: Flex thoracic off mat and lift one leg into table top
Inhale: Hold spinal flexion

Exhale: Reach arms behind head and extend open chain leg
Inhale: Circle arms towards waist and flex knee in towards hip
